Delivery

We strive to ship your order the first working day after ordering and / or payment. Depending on where you deliver your order (the Netherlands, Belgium or another country) and for which logistics party you choose (PostNL or DHL) your order can be delivered to you in 2 to 5 working days.

In order to keep the costs of our products low, we have a minimum staffing so there are circumstances where your order arrives a little later. We will always try to inform you about this by e-mail.

No bank payments and no shipments take place at weekends and on public holidays.

Shipping via PostNL:

The average delivery time after ordering for the Netherlands is 2 working days. The average delivery time after shipping outside the Netherlands but within Europe is 3 working days. Please note that no shipments take place on Saturdays and Sundays. In addition, PostNL does not process shipments on Mondays.

Shipping via DHL:

The average delivery time after ordering for the Netherlands is 3 working days. The average delivery time after shipping outside the Netherlands but within Europe is 5 working days. Please note that no shipments take place on Saturdays and Sundays.
