Shipping

PostNL

We use Standard shipping to send products.

WobL watches fit in a foam envelope and can be sent as a "letter". The shipping costs are € 5.45 within Europe. The advantages are that the costs are low and that the WobL Watch simply fits through the letterbox. You do not have to be home to receive a package. Furthermore, it is possible to choose package shipment and thus also registered and insured shipping. The costs are € 13.50 within Europe. We take care of package shipments with DHL.

The above shipping options can be selected during the ordering process in the webshop. 

We are not liable for lost mail items. Delivery time

We strive to ship your order the first working day after ordering and / or payment. Depending on where you deliver your order (the Netherlands, Belgium or another country) your order can be delivered to you in 4 working days.  In order to keep the costs of our products low, we have a minimal staffing level, so there are circumstances where your order arrives a little later. We will always try to inform you about this by e-mail. No shipments take place during the weekend.

The average delivery time for the Netherlands is 2 working days. The average delivery time for Belgium is 3 working days. Please note that no shipments take place on Saturdays and Sundays. In addition, PostNL does not process shipments on Mondays.

Payment options

We offer a number of payment options: 

  • iDeal - With iDeal you can pay directly through your bank in the Netherlands. With iDeal payments the payment is confirmed directly to us and we can send your order the next working day.

  • Mister Cash / Bancontact - With Mister Cash / Bancontact you can pay directly through your bank in Belgium. At Mister Cash / Bancontact payments the payment is confirmed directly to us and we can send your order the next working day.

  • Sofort - With Sofort you can pay directly through your bank in 8 European countries. With Sofort payments the payment is confirmed directly to us and we can send your order the next working day.

  • EPS - With EPS you can pay directly through your bank in Austria. With EPS payments the payment is confirmed directly to us and we can send your order the next working day.

  • Giropay - With Giropay you can pay directly through your bank in Germany. With EPS payments the payment is confirmed directly to us and we can send your order the next working day.

  • KBC - With the KBC payment button you can pay directly through your bank in Belgium. With EPS payments the payment is confirmed directly to us and we can send your order the next working day.

  • Belfius - With the Belfius you can pay directly through your bank in Belgium. With EPS payments the payment is confirmed directly to us and we can send your order the next working day.

  • Bank transfer - You can pay for your order by making a bank transfer. Your order will be confirmed to you by e-mail. After that, your payment will be confirmed to you by e-mail as soon as the money has been credited to our bank account. Your order will be shipped the next working day after this confirmation.

    We do not charge costs for any of these payment options.

Website and Contact

We try to respond as quickly as possible and find a suitable solution. Also in e-mail traffic, in order to keep the costs of our products low, we have a minimum of staffing, so there are circumstances where a reaction can take a little longer. We try to respond at least the next working day.

WobL Watches

On this site all expectations about the WobL watch can be read.
To avoid disappointment, we summarize a number of things here:

  • The watch is splash proof, for example, if the watch is immersed in water, is held in the shower or comes out of the tap under a full jet of water, it breaks down.
  • The watch is (to some extent) shock-resistant, not scratch-resistant. The exterior can therefore be damaged.
  • The vibrating function of the watch consumes more power than normal watch functions. If the vibration function is used, the battery will last 2 to 4 months.
  • If the battery of the watch is almost empty, the display can continue to do so, but functions such as the vibration function will no longer function.
  • Loose parts can not be ordered. (batteries of course) We do have some spare parts in stock. If you need a thunder part, you can contact us about this. We can not guarantee that we have the required part in stock.

Own responsibility

The products on this site are only tools. So never blindly to the functioning of it. Think of taking medication at regular intervals.

WobL can not accept any liability for missing a moment of intake due to the possible non-functioning of the watch as there are too many factors that WobL can not influence (eg empty battery, water damage or other unforeseen circumstances)

Reflection time

is legally entitled to 14 days to change your mind. This means that you have the right to view the product and if you do not like it, send it back. You may not unpack, use, in any way damage or modify the product so that it is no longer as new to sell. The costs for returning are for the buyer. Warranty 

The WobL watch is manufactured to high standards and all parts have been assembled and tested with great care. The WobL watch is guaranteed against all defects for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. However, the warranty does not apply to damage caused by accidents, negligence, misuse, contact with chemical products, heavy magnetic influences or violent shocks. The watch is (to some extent) shock-resistant, not scratch-resistant. The exterior can therefore be damaged, this is not covered by the warranty. The vibrating function of the watch consumes more power than normal watch functions. If the vibration function is used, the battery will last 2 to 4 months. If the battery of the watch is nearly empty, the display can continue to do so, but functions such as the vibration function will no longer function. The WobL watch is only a tool. Therefore, never rely solely on its operation.

WOBL IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

IMPORTANT - not covered by the warranty: 1. Batteries, straps and the screen. 2. Damage caused by accident, collision, misuse, improper battery replacement or failure to perform normal maintenance. Your watch is water-resistant (3 ATM) and is resistant to accidental splashing or rain, but is not suitable for swimming or other ways to completely submerge. If it is determined that your watch is damaged by water, the warranty will expire. If your watch is defective within the warranty period and you can contact us by e-mail. You will be asked to send the watch including proof of purchase to us, including a short description of the defect. If it is determined that the watch is defective within the warranty period of 6 months after purchase, the watch will be replaced free of charge. Shipping costs or any other costs are not reimbursed. If it is determined that the watch is functioning normally and has no defects that fall within the guarantee, it will be returned to the customer. No warranty will be applied for normal wear and tear or damage caused by your own fault.
